Our Benefits

EmPower HR’s benefits platform has so much to offer, from medical, dental and vision coverage to life insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, long term care, Flexible Spending Accounts, Heath Savings Accounts and a 401(k) plan. We partner with Blue Cross Blue Shield to provide a well-balanced medical plan for all our benefit-eligible employees. We offer three different dental plans through Guardian, and our vision partner, VSP, has a network of credentialed providers.

Our employees have access to an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) which is a confidential and no cost program that provides assistance to employees through various life challenges that may adversely affect their job performance, health and personal well-being. We have a discount program through LifeMart and a voluntary discounted legal service with MetLaw. Can we talk Paid Time Off (PTO)? In year 2, employees accrue 4 weeks of PTO each year, with 12 paid holidays. You even get your birthday off!

EmPower HR also has benefits that you can’t measure, like our dedicated Culture Crew that goes above and beyond to make sure that we play as hard as we work. They organize events from leadership breakfasts, where you can be served eggs by the President of our company, to community service activities including a blood drive and feeding the homeless, to celebrations like company summer picnics and of course our awesome holiday party!
